Q – Can I cancel my order?
A – Orders once placed through www.squarerootcompany.com cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully placed
Q – Can I modify my order?
A – Sorry! Once the order is placed, no modifications such as address, phone number, email id changes are possible. Hence please fill in all the contact details carefully to ensure smooth delivery of your product.
Exchange, Return & Refund
Q – Can I exchange my product in lieu of some other product/s?
A – Our company strive to offer you the best and the most trusted product after a lot of evaluation. Though we do not accept any exchange, we would still love to hear from you on the reason for exchange so that we may serve you accordingly. You may write to us at – email@example.com
Q – Can I return my product and get a refund?
A – We only provide replacement (no refund) if the products are damaged/broken during shipping/received a different item that you have ordered with us, only if you reach out to us on the day of delivery of said Order. If the products are used, we do not offer any replacement as well. Square Root Company is not responsible for damage after delivery.
Q – When will I receive my replaced order?
A – In case of break and damage, we will ship to you the replaced product as soon as we receive the complaint from you. Our delivery timeline of 10-15 business days will be applicable.
